Adding Object’s fields & Related fields.
Adding Object’s fields(Add fields from Current Object)
Click on the button displayed below the image.
It shows a pop-up menu. Select the field from the current object like Account Name, Account Number, Account Type, etc. Click on Apply button. (Here in Example, the current object is Account)
Here, the below image shows the API name in the bracket () , so it is easy to identify the field. Because sometimes two or more fields have the same label.
After selecting fields,
Adding Related fields(Add related fields from Current Object)
Click on the button displayed below the image.
It shows a pop-up menu. Select the related field from the current object like CreatedBy.Email, CreatedBy.Account.AccountName, etc. Click on Apply button. (Here in Example, the current object is Account)
