Filter records with advance filter

We can also filter records with an advanced filter using Avnio Tables.

Data types supported in the advance filter are: Date, Time, Currency, Number, Percentage, Phone, Text, Picklist, URL with version 1.38

Relative Date Filter

Relative date filters let you filter on date fields using easy-to-understand, human-speech-inspired syntax.

To apply the Filter on the table, follow the steps are given below.

1. As shown in the below image, click on the filter button from the action bar.

Filter Indicator: If any filter is already applied, then the filter button will be highlighted, as shown in the below image.

2. It will open the filter menu, as shown in the below image

3. To add the new filter, click on Add filter. It will create a new filter, then click on the newly created filter to select field, operator, and value.

Select field as per the requirement. Here, As of now, we supported the fields related to date DataType. But in the future, it comes with Text, Picklist, etc.
As per the field selection, the other options may vary. For example, if we select the Created Date option, it comes with 4 options (Operator, Value Type, Data Type, Value). If we select the Last Activity option, it comes with 3 options (Operator, Value Type, Value). (Refer Below Image)

Select Value Type as per requirement. Here we have Input and Relative two types of Value Type.

If we select Input Value Type, then it gives the option to select a particular date/time as a value.

If we select Relative Value Type, it gives the option to select the relative value of Date like yesterday, today, tomorrow, last week, next week, etc.

4. For example, the Filter record by Created Date equals 16/04/2021. (Refer Below Image)

Click on Done and save the filter. It will filter record by created Date equals 16/04/2021.

5. For example, Filter record by Last Modified Date Less Than Last Week. (Refer Below Image)

Click on Done and save the filter. It will filter the record by the Last Modified Date Less Than Last Week.

LAST MONTH	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the month before the current month and continues for all the days of that month.
THIS MONTH	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the current month and continues for all the days of that month.
NEXT n MONTHS	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the month after the current month and continues until the end of the nth month.
LAST n MONTHS	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the month that started n months before the current month and continues up to 11:59 PM on the last day of the month before the current month.
NEXT MONTH	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the month after the current month and continues for all the days of that month.
LAST n DAYS	Starts at 12:00:00 AM n days before the current day and continues up to the current second. (The range includes today. Using this date value includes records from n + 1 days ago up to the current day.) In standard filters, n can be 7, 30, 60, 90, or 120.
NEXT n DAYS	For standard date filters, starts at 12:00:00 AM on the day that the report is run and continues for n days. (The range includes today.) In standard filters, n can be 7, 30, 60, 90, or 120. For custom field filters, starts at 12:00:00 AM on the next day and continues for the next n days. (The range does not include today.)
LAST QUARTER	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the calendar quarter before the current calendar quarter and continues to the end of that quarter.
THIS QUARTER	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the current calendar quarter and continues to the end of the quarter.
NEXT QUARTER	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the calendar quarter after the current calendar quarter and continues to the end of that quarter.
LAST n QUARTERS	Starts at 12:00:00 AM on the first day of the calendar quarter n quarters ago and continues to the end of the calendar quarter before the current quarter. (The range does not include the current quarter.)
